The PTA office is situated on the 1st floor and is open Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, from 8.30am to 2.45pm Lindsay Stark is the PTA Administrator and will be happy to help with any queries you may have.

P.T.A Committee members are elected every year at the Annual General Meeting in October.

Cost of Joining the PTA:
|
The PTA plays an important part in supporting the school, and as the children are the beneficiaries of our effort, we would urge you to give consideration to joining us.
The annual family membership is $260 and as a member you will
be entitled to discounts at our various functions, and greatly
reduced prices for our second hand uniforms.
The PTA. also provide a School Students Directory to all PTA. members with names and telephone numbers of the majority of children in the school. If you do not wish to be included in this directory, please contact Lindsay Stark in the PTA. office.

| School Council |
| The PTA has two representatives on the school council who keep us informed of new developments in the school organisation and also pass on parent's views. A representative on the Joint Council of the PTA's keeps all schools in touch and allows the sharing of ideas. |
| Uniform Shop |
School Uniforms are available for sale at The Aston Wilson Uniform Shop, which is located on the ground floor. The shop stocks a full range of summer and winter uniforms for girls and boys in all sizes. It is open on Monday from 8.15am -11.15am and Thursday from 12.30pm - 3.30pm. The PTA. office has a large selection of second hand uniforms on sale to PTA. members at discounted prices.

| Bus Information |
There are many buses available to take your children to and from school. If you require a place for your child on a bus, please contact Lindsay Stark in the PTA office. She will be able to provide you with a list of routes, and contact numbers for the bus co-ordinators.
If your child travels on a bus, you (or your helper) will be expected to share in the supervision of the children to and from school. This will be carried out on a roster basis. |
| Hot Dog Day |
The PTA provide hotdogs, snacks and drinks for the children every Tuesday lunchtime as an alternative to their packed lunch.
The cost for 10 vouchers is as follows:

Vouchers can be purchased in advance for all the above from the PTA office.
The vouchers should be attached to the paper bags in a vertical line thus enabling the Hotdog mums to read them quickly and easily.
This service is provided on a fortnightly rota by volunteer mums. If you would like to volunteer please contact Lindsay Stark on 2358-2386.

| Thursday Packed Lunches |
|
The PTA also offers a packed lunch on Thursday's. These lunches are provided by an outside caterer 'Cafe Concepts' and are ordered on Tuesdays. Children should bring in their Thursday Lunch Voucher and optional Crisp & Drink Vouchers with bags marked 'Thursday Lunch'.
At present we offer baguette sandwiches with 4 choices of fillings:
Ham with salad
Tuna with salad
Cheese with salad
Egg with salad
Sausage Rolls and Pizza Baguettes
