BELONGING
Our Community
Clearwater Bay School is a friendly and cohesive community. There is also a series of more intimate groups, where pupils feel welcome and develop lasting friendships and a strong sense of belonging. While each pupil belongs to their own year groups, they also belong to a class group and often a sporting group. A sense of belonging and contributing is further encouraged through participation in one or more of the school's many clubs.
Our Pastoral Care
Pastoral care means the provision of guidance and support for students in their personal growth and academic studies. Class groups form the core of our pastoral support, each one with a teacher who is responsible for monitoring and guiding the overall progress of pupils.
The Wider Community
Our pupils benefit immeasurably from the facilities available within school. Clearwater Bay School also recognizes the importance of facilitating community access to much that the school has to offer. Our facilities are used extensively by community and special interest groups, who provide additional after-school options for our children.
